Professionalism: The Personal Advantage is the study and implementation of key tools necessary for you to positively impact yourself, other people and situations. People who participate in this course become more purposeful, productive, and effective in the work environment by learning to understand and control their impact through knowledge of Visual Presentation and Verbal Interaction.

The Visual Presentation portion of the course focuses on five aspects of appearance choices: body type and proportions, style analysis, color dynamics, accessories, and a call to action. Each of these components is reviewed based on your specific physical attributes and work environment.

The Verbal Interaction portion of the course is based loosely on the DISC model of behavior, which recognizes specific areas of ability and strengths. Through use of this system, it is possible to better understand yourself and those with whom you interact.
